If you can believe it, Java Social Networking (JSN) is built on the premise that you should be spending less time on the computer and more time interacting with your clients and customers in person. Afterall, personal relationships are what it’s all about.  So… get out in the sun, meet a client for coffee, and spend a little less time attached to your keyboard.

We do what we do so you can go back to doing what made you so successful in the first place.

The Environment

JSN takes environmental preservation very seriously.  Our company has been green certified by the Institute for Green Business Certification. We recommend a paperless office to all of our friends and clients.  This solution saves overhead on printers, paper, energy and filing cabinets.  Our offices are 90% sunlit.  We utilize public transportation, carpooling, energy-efficienct appliances and light bulbs.  We re-use shipping packaging, and the wate that we do have, we recycle.

Work-Life Balance

It’s not just a buzz term.  Spending time on the east coast, west coast and midwest, we’ve had a unique perspective on how differently each region works. We sampled a little of each to implement a work/life balance which is great for employees, clients and JSN. Many of our expert employees and freelancers spend a great deal of time working from home. This saves on overhead and wasteful office space energy which allows us to keep our prices reasonable for clients.  Most importantly, happy employees love their company and their work, and this is reflected in our overall production.
